This role involves providing personalized, compassionate care to assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and offering reliable, friendly transportation support.

General Requirements for All Applicants

To maintain the high standards of our agency, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or GED

• Proficiency in English

• Caring and compassionate personality

• Valid Driver’s License

• Must own a dependable automobile with current insurance

• Clean driving record and no history of criminal background

• Current CPR certification and First Aid Training

• Basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards

• National Level 2 background check screening

• Proof of work eligibility

• Positive past employment and professional references

• At least two years of caregiving experience or equivalent training

• Ability to speak multiple languages is desired, but not required
